How does the repair service work for EU residents? Standard return shipping?

I have small holes forming on two pairs (UHF and 21oz SBG) in roughly the same spot, I want to address the issue before it gets any worse.

Is this repair possible? I'm conscious the hole may be too close to the constructional stitching in the crotch..

I’ve got some similar issues. I was just going to bring them with me in Sept and leave them there.

@Matt leave them there indefinitely? I'm definitely not ready to abandon mine, fades just starting to pop and everywhere else is a damage free..

No, just for repairs. If they can give them back to me while I’m there that’s great but I’m in no rush.

Hey @T4920 and @Matt, I haven't spoken with Alex yet regarding repairs at the party, but once I have had a chat with Alex regarding party repairs, we will make an announcement or what the plan is. It will probably be very similar to last time where I will only take X amount and book you in and no pocket repairs as they take too long.

However, if you want to bring them anyway and leave them for repair that's fine and you will just need to pay for the shipping back once they are completed.

@T4920, if you fill out the repair form, leave a little note stating it's for the party and what needs doing with some photos on the form. @Karol Merry Christmas, mate. It's up to you; however, as it is nice and small, I would get it in sooner rather than later; it would be blended a lot easier than if it became more prominent. If you email me at shop@ironheart.co.uk, I will send you the necessary links. There is no need to fill out the repair form, as I have seen everything I need to.
