I don’t remember where this came from but it’s served me about 15 years, paired with an antique Smith & Wesson brass buckle.

@motojobobo Took me some time, but I think I was successful browsing the web tonight.
I mentioned the fairly expensive belt with the stainless roller buckle in my reply in December, and I think I found it on Aliexpress, of all places:

Ordered one, will let you know once it arrives!

I make my own belts. I reuse second hand German Army (Bundeswehr) belts (Feldkoppel) because I like the buckle:

                              IMG_3547.jpeg

The top one is a new one I made this spring. The other one is a few years old. Both belts are 5cm wide which is a little bit to much.

With the stainless buckle from China, see link somewhere above, and some 38mm wide and 4mm thick leather, it makes a really sturdy belt - without any holes.

The one I tried to dye and failed, I’ll probably just rock it anyway and let it be. Maybe try again down the road if I get bored.

                                            Hey Guys,
I made myself a new belt. Leather is 3,5mm thick vegetable tanned cowhide that I dyed on the surface using India Ink. My hope is that I will get similar effects as "teacore" dyed leathers with wear.
Buckle is a brass hoof pick.
