eBay sellers of new, untagged IH products --

So, I was searching on eBay for IH and came across a seller that close to 80 IH "new" items that are untagged, and mostly selling for near-retail pricing. I asked him how / why he's selling so much of the mostly XL gear, and he said, "Oh, I bough this stuff a while ago, and am just culling my her a bit" -- in similar words. But 76 items? All brand new and untagged? It just seems a bit sus to me, though the items seem authentic.

Where is he located? I found a few sellers located in Japan that were selling quite a few items. Some very older models but ‘new’. I read a few feedbacks and it seemed they had minor defects. Not sure how legit it is.

Not sure if this is the correct thread to post this, but avoid the eBay seller "Winds of Truth" / manyos_78 if you can. They are in Japan and deal with some Iron Heart goods. I purchased an UHF that didn't fit, and when I returned it, they tried to charge me $150 claiming there were "no tags" on the return. I video record all my unboxing and repacking of higher prices goods from ebay for this exact reason. Eventually got my money back but had to jump through some hoops. Would have been out $150 if I didn't have proof the seller was trying to scam me.
