@Crease swear I’m not stalking you dude!! But how were the sopapillas!!? Been so curious to hear how the food is since the reopening. Used to go there a ton back in the 90’s!! Such a cool and odd piece of Colorado history.

@Mizmazzle it was a really fun time, but the good is still not the greatest. It’s good, but they still serve you cafeteria style then you walk to your table so by the time you start eating it’s not the warmest. Sopapillas wee great! Was fun but I think they are still getting the swing of it.

@Mizmazzle we went to CB a month or so ago and we thought the food was pretty good. It's not the reason to go by any means, but you won't leave hungry and you definitely won't get food poisoning like was a high probability in years past. I've had much worse Mexican food and overall I wouldn't complain over the food we got had I ordered it at a regular restaurant. The sopapillas were still fantastic and as much as you wanted. Just watch out for the pig gorilla man who is pretty mischievous and will raise your sopapilla flag without you knowing.

Otherwise, the staff, servers, and entertainment personnel are all fantastic. Everyone seemed genuinely excited and happy and made the whole experience a bunch of fun.
