Mini Wallet URA-02 bought in 2014. This is bulletproof

Always wish had picked one of those up. They were made by Manifold I think?

Couldn't find a better place to post, so older thread it is!
I've had my Mr. Lentz biker wallet for a couple years now and like it so much I decided to get my son one. Took a couple shots to show how the natural veg leather ages. I've been through a few homemade wallet straps/tethers over the years but this one is my favorite with solid brass and deer hide. I posted a while back in waywt but thought I'd share the comparison shots here.

Agreed. I drunkenly bought a new Stock and Barrel wallet last night. I’ll post here as the old one will be relevant.

Patches on the 14ozers

I wanted to share this card case I made for my wife a while back. It’s a heavier weight natural hide that has close to a decade of wear. Look at that shine!

-
@Anesthetist damn man. That thing is gorgeous!
-
@Mizmazzle what’s funny is how I always obsess over leather treatment and this one hasn't been treated since I made it!
-
@Anesthetist that says a lot, dude! All that constant rubbing and friction taking it in and out of pockets etc is like a constant polishing act it seems.
I really like how you created that deep pocket with a side wall. I’d like to learn how to do that. I’m just starting my leather craft hobby.
-
@Mizmazzle someone w a lot more experience like @seawolf could give you way better advice but I used a form to make pattern. I think I glued together a fat stack of spent gift cards
