@Alex Please also think of the people who often have to carry a backpack or a shoulder bag. For them, a cinch back really sucks because you keep getting stuck on it. Maybe this logic makes sense to you

They're riveted in so you need to just cut it off if you don't want it.

I'd prefer no cinch but understand some people liking it & including one since the original T1s had it. But i don't get adding one to the Type II since it didn't have one originally, and thought the original Type IIs IH made with a cinch didn't sell

I totally agree. But well, in the end it's not our/my decision and there's no obligation to buy. ‍️ So all good for me. I'm curious when the jackets will be released and what they will look like.
