BS-10 - GOOD ART HLYWD Model 10 Bracelet

It's been almost 25 years since the concept for this bracelet and clasp was created. The first one took a year to make - it was the tenth bracelet Josh from Good Art had made and by all measure the best. Gradually, the Model 10 would become a marquee design of GOOD ART. Not just a staple of the brand, but a standard of exceptional quality in design and construction. Made in small quantities, entirely by hand in our Los Angeles Foundry, production of the Model 10 ceased for three years while Josh figured out how to out-create the hijackers and counterfeiters of his work.
The fourth and latest version of the Model 10 features intricate enhancements to the closing mechanism, as well as sporting the signature Good Art hallmarks and rosette logo.

    Sizes: AAA, AA, A, B

      Hi,

This looks so cool, the clasp is different class.

Can you describe the differences between the AAA, AA, A, B, C, & D models. Is it the length, or are there other differences.

Any chance of side by side photographs of the different models.

      Thanks

I have a B and it is very hefty. I cant imagine a D, and have tinkered with getting an A or AA to wear when I’m not feeling the B.

Anybody happen to have a 10AA? Would love to see some more pics of it on a wrist to get an idea of the scale—there are a few pics out there online but not enough to get a really solid idea.

Anyway, I've been thinking about picking one up for quite a while but it's a splurge. So I'm imagining those "impossible" clasps hold on really well, yeah—that's the idea? Would hate to have something like this fall off, haha.

That ain't going to happen. I have the ball chain necklace and I swear my big buddha 18 month year Eddie can swing from the thing while it's on my neck. @Warner does not fuck around.

Indeed @neph93 no falling off (and no fucking around).

We're looking for a photo to show relative scale, will try to get something posted this week. But generally the A size is the most popular and still larger than most similar curb chain style bracelets, B goes up considerably in width and height of the link. From there is just a matter of if you're after a smaller or larger bracelet. Personally the B is my favorite, I'm a large size at 6' and cheeseburger weight.

Nice! Really cool to see you on here, @Warner . Mentioned to Giles earlier that I enjoyed his Dean Delray podcast episode—I really enjoyed yours as well.

I think the AA is probably what's gonna personally suit me best—I'm 6'2, I guess average build, maybe still a bit on the skinny side as I roll up to 40, haha (we'll see how long that lasts). But yep, bracelet-wise I was thinking not too much heft, basically kind of the standard ID bracelet kind of link width or a little bigger. Need to try a couple on next time I'm out in LA!

Right on @PV/ATX sounds like the double A is the one. There is also an ID version if that's what you're after. And yes, when in Los Angeles come to the Family Room. Open by appointment and worth the trouble. Lot's of good things to see.

                            That ID bracelet looks great.

Yeah that indeed looks pretty fantastic. Would be a hard decision, though! @Warner does that come all the various sizes? Guess I'd wanna stick with AA if I were to pick that one, just curious. Is there a price difference between this and the normal curb chain models?

The ID is available in all the Model 10 sizes, there is an up-charge for it, I think about 10%, not sure.
