Lardons, Crème Fraîche, Cream, Gruyère, Nutmeg, Salt & Pepper....

Good man!! We sometimes clean out the refrigerator and throw bell peppers, any variety of hot peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, etc. into ours. But 9 times out of 10 we use Gruyere.
