I know, I know. In doing so, I understood it would likely go against me.

If you think about it, though. You could remove the half second of dead air at each the beginning, and end of the song, and it would fit.

@Mizmazzle I'd venture to guess you were already familiar Lee Hazelwoods songwriting/production work just not by name - Nancy Sinatra, International Subarmine Band etc....
Hazelwood is a goldmine
