"The safety of our employees, customers, and the people in the communities we serve is a top priority. UPS has implemented various measures to minimize the risks to which our employees and customers may be exposed. According to the World Health Organization, there is minimal to no risk of contracting the virus from parcels.

Our service continues as normal except where government restrictions apply. We are closely monitoring the situation and will take the necessary steps to ensure minimum impact to service.

At the time being, when it comes to Italy, service is provided to and from all points in Italy with the following exceptions:

·        Livigno (postal code 23041) - delivery service only, no pickup available.

Regarding Norway, both UPS and EMS deliver to the standard post offices. These are either situated in their own premises and are open (they are making a big deal of this), or they are situated in food stores, and are open.
