Oh and congrats @UnTuckedThanks guys! The plane is a McDonald Douglas DC8 passenger aircraft. It crash landed in 1978 here in Portland where I grew up. There were 10 deaths and 175 survivors. My dad and I came across it in a scrap yard about a month ago and ended up purchasing it to build out as a ‘coffee cart’ in the food cart pod that we have developed. ( it’s called the Hawthorne Asylum Food Cart Pod and can be found on IG: @hawthorne_asylum if you’re Intrested)
We had no idea of its history until after we purchased it and a local pilot recognized it in our yard…Our prospect names for the coffee cart are:
‘Jet fuel coffee’
‘Sky high coffee’Any other suggestions are welcome [emoji6]
