I think they are. It’s a raglan sleeve so no shoulder seam to start from, thus a longer measurement. There are no shoulder measurements listed either.

Given that the measurements also progress through the sizes in a logical way it seems likely to be correct.

Looks like a solid Texas barbecue joint.  That even looks like vinegar based slaw, which is far superior to that disgusting mayo based stuff.
