I went with my typical MOP snap upgrade. I think this will look especially nice with those snaps (although I think that about every shirt  :D)…no offense against the white permex style

I kind of hate all of you who got one of these already.  Seeing that they would be at Self Edge, and having wanted a wool M65 (picked up the last black in M this morning), I intentionally waffled on this until it sold out in my size to ensure that I wouldn't buy it and piss off my wife.  Stoked to be getting that M65, but still envious of all of you lucky dudes who got one already.

That is pretty unlikely on a western shirt, I am afraid. How about the IHSH-201 as an alternative

Ok so I filled out the questionnaire on this shirt when it was introduced. I'm ok that it sold out so quick….so long as I get a work shirt with this fabric when it comes out.  What do I have to do to ensure that occurring? Look I live in the US and I'm generally not up at 5:53am. Can I pre-pay for large work shirt of this?

We launch at 1600GMT as it the best compromise between when we are at work, and both sides of the USA being awake. These launched at 1100ETC, which I believe is your time zone. Very sorry the sold out so fast

IHUK do not operate a pre order system for any items. You can register your interest and get notifications, but you have to be around when they drop or risk missing out. Same goes for the work shirt when that arrives. Good luck!

We release stuff that we think will sell fast at 16:00 GMT.  That is 11:00 on East coast USA and 08:00 on the West coast USA  (not sure where the 5:53 am came from - unless you are in Hawaii, I guess).

The work shirt is not in this exact fabric, it is the same weave, but lighter in hue.

We don't do pre-pay or pre-orders.  The simple fact is, until we get them here, measure them and publish those measurements, you don't actually know what tag size you will need….

There are retailers in the US selling this shirt as well, why not get it from them? (smaller carbon footprint too..)

Unfortunate you missed this one, it can be an a battle to get some of the popular items when they go live.  I'm not sure where you're getting the 5:53am from either, they go live at 16:00 GMT as has been stated and that's a perfect time to try and please everyone IMO.  I'm in Arizona and that's 9am AZ time.

I believe SelfEdge is getting these too so you will still have a very good chance of getting one there when they get them in.
