With everyone who has placed an order with ship John before, how long do they usually take to ship? Just with items that are available on the web store. Placed an order over a week ago and nothing…

I’ve only ordered once and it shipped next day. Did you try emailing them?

Yes emailed yesterday and nothing. Maybe I’m being a little stir crazy.

@eyeq8402 two of their crew is in Japan so the remaining people might just be behind on emails. If you’re in the US you can call them. I’ve called a few times and they’ve always helped me out.

I know they're rushing to get the denim jackets out these next couple of weeks, too. Probably just the perfect storm.  They'll take care of you, though!

Thanks for the sizing advice on the jacket fellas! Really helps. Awesome fit pics too. I likely would have gone for the Lg in long at 6' 165lbs. and apish arms. Reckon I'll stick with a Lg and a regular length. Paul  hooked me up with a Townes shirt in Lg and it fits really nice. The cuffs are pretty small but work for me. Shirt is dope. FWIW, I take a XL in most IH westerns.

Glad that worked out, it's a stellar shirt!  And honestly, it looks great with unbuttoned cuffs so you could rock it like that if the cuff openings are too tight when buttoned.

In other news, I just received shipping notification on the denim Wills jacket!  Should be here any day now!

Yes.Resistance is futile. Black and tan sounds very reasonable. Most def can resell after fawning period just in case…for the WAF.

@Matty123 The recent pre-order period for the Waxed Townes closed about 2 weeks ago,with an anticipated 8 week delivery time. I think sometimes they get extras. I’ve found that the best way to know what’s going on is to follow them on Instagram. Hope this helps.

I finally got a shipping notification for my Wills jacket I ordered in May. I forgot I even ordered it. They could have never sent it and I probably wouldn't have ever remembered.
