Thanks for the sizing advice on the jacket fellas! Really helps. Awesome fit pics too. I likely would have gone for the Lg in long at 6' 165lbs. and apish arms. Reckon I'll stick with a Lg and a regular length. Paul  hooked me up with a Townes shirt in Lg and it fits really nice. The cuffs are pretty small but work for me. Shirt is dope. FWIW, I take a XL in most IH westerns.

Word. Remember getting into Japanese denim (all of idk 6 years back) and reading folks opining about the lack of diversity in IH (likely referring to Haraki San fade hate-kidding! haha) and the 21oz. With the unparalleled IMHO construction, they actually last longer than a crotch blowout and we see some really amazing outcomes that look naturally worn instead of super high contrast fades (which are awesome too of course).

@adam313, fantastic man. Well done. Needed this motivation to get mine back into rotation. I was thinking maybe(?) the contemporary OD stuff may be more fade stubborn than say the IHSH-99, original OD-33 et al. (original OD method). But yours likely used the same process. Certainly seems that way after my 99 turned so quick. Different fabric, etc. Just curious.

@Bfd70 Sorry not to fawn. These boots are worn for like yard work, playing Siegfried and Roy with my tree rats , manly shit. It's a weird boot/last as other's have indicated. Hard to get on yet the instep is sloppy leading to the inevitable insole(s) fix then with the horween the toe box/instep stretched out with the volume increase imho. Didn't experience this so much with the Badalassi. Still love em though. The S&S horsehide version is dope AF. Would I buy them for full price knowing how these two fit? Not a chance. True story. Hope this helps others.
