So every time I see these pop up, I wonder — why don’t they make em anymore? I’d loooove to see em come back. I feel like I’ve whinged many a time about wanting an 888 with a 634 hem, and these seem to be it.

Because we have 5 core cuts that do most things for most people, if we introduce a new cut it will have to be significantly different for any of the existing 5

I could go for the top block being a tad snugger, really just the rise that I appreciate here. I used to be a dedicated 666 guy but then discovered the glory of jeans that sit on my waist vs thighs and… actually being able to comfortably lift my legs
