I am a bit new on this forum, and @neph93 , you were the one to make me feel welcome. I haven't had a lot of interaction with you, but I have a ton of admiration for anyone that puts a spotlight on mental health, prioritizes mental health, and shows vulnerability in the face of of it.
These are tough conversation and topics and we need more people to speak up and make it OK to not be OK. Thank you Neph, your courage will lead to better days and lead others to find their own courage.

Damn @neph93 you’ll be missed while you’re away, I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and send positive vibes your way. Mental health problems are no joke, I know plenty of people who have suffered from this illness and I know how tough it can be. You’re well loved around here Rueben, and for good reason. You’re a great dude and a great ambassador for this forum and the IH brand. I’m glad you’re lucky enough to have a health care system that covers this illness. I wish you well and look forward to your return, the forum won’t be the same without you.
