Yes… never tried our local moonshine, never will. It is a time honoured (illegal) craft here, but despite apparently high standards there are multiple poisoning deaths nationwide every year.

Had some homemade moonshine 20 years ago on a US Car festival in Sweden
Had to crawl back to the camper, was a horrible trip
