Same.  I've been patiently waiting for a couple months for a restock.  Hopefully they come in soon and I can snag a pair before winter hits.

Just nabbed a pair of these - my first 888s actually - and after a few days of rocking them around the house I know where I want them hemmed to.

Haven't washed them yet - but was wondering if I could skirt around the premature wash if anyone here had any experience with how much they lost in the inseam afterwards? I expect it would be pretty minimal and had planned to leave an extra half inch just to be safe.

I'm not THAT against washing or anything but just being lazy

I'm all for leaving an extra .5 inch,but also hot soak/wash to get the shrink out. Don't be lazy!

Won't be for a few months I am afraid.  Covid has had some significant long-term effects on the industry in Japan, many foreign workers who worked in the mills and factories were sent home, and many of them have decided not to return…..

So everything is a juggling act for us at the moment....We do A, we cant do B or C, we do C, we cant do D or E etc etc etc....

I have too many pairs and don’t work very hard so it takes me forever. It’s like I just wake up one day and they’re faded.

I tend to give one pair the majority of my focus. Then rotate to another pair taking focus for a few months. Same as you, I don’t work very hard physically. If only mental fatigue translated to sweet fades. I’d be crushing it!!
