@Chap More like the winters that we used to have and which disappeared over the last 10-15 years.  What’s not normal is that they are calling for lake effect snow squalls which may have the area I live in seeing 60-80 cm's of snow in the next 1.5 days.

If that happens, I’ll be offline for a bit as it will take us a while to dig out.  I haven’t seen a snow storm like that since 1998.

That’s relative. Which vest, which jacket? My N-1 vest is XL and I can wear it easily over my XL or L type III’s, or my XL IHSH-189 (with layers under that).
