…I'm jumping on board the 'RAW' train for at least one pair (555 or 666, waiting on waist measurements from the stubborn crew). The back story on the UHR is fascinating and really incredible and I just have to know what this raw denim is all about.

Picked them up on Thursday. Should be here tomorrow. I will most likely soak, dry, and then put away until it gets a little cooler! This weather is hot hot hot!

Last thing I needed was more denim but couldn’t resist with this release.  Per usual, Alex and IH staff were brilliant… Special shout out to whoever hemmed these; flawless work on some pretty gnarly fabric.

I followed nephs direction w a warmish soak for an hour follow by a gentle wash cycle and drip dry. Below are the pre and post measurement (didn’t bother w the rise)

Waist: 31.1 to 30.2 (bounced back to 30.9 w half a day of wear)
Thigh: 12.2 to 12
Hem: 7.8 to 7.7
Inseam: 32.5 to 30.7

Thanks for reporting back in on the shrinkage and the re-expansion, @Bren .  And yeah, that's a great fit!

Mine arrived a couple of days ago but I haven't even had a chance to take pre-soak/wash measurements!  I will report back this weekend.
