2 weeks ago I place a order at Harrods in London.For a pair of JMM..
Why not big name give a go.First order…

Send me a brown pair with different card not even the card was matching..
Got on the phone, giving it large.Said how hard is it’s to check the order before sending.
“Send me photos of what I received that what she said”
I did that.
Now use DHL return label can’t be sent by any other company only DHL.
Was told refund will be given once it back..
They didn’t, they send off to JMM brand for inspection..
Took 5 days.. Authorised the refund what a joke.
After 10 days got my money back
Also last pair in stock. When I place the order.
Next day same pair back online.If see pair you like
Buy with caution at your own risk..

That really sucks
I bought my pair of Walker from Leidmann in Munich. They send with DHL Express . Unfortunately the red box
was scratched during transport and the leather hard box was not ok too. The leather has bubbles on the edges and there was a scratch too.
Wrote them a mail, and 2 days later they send me a new box and leather hard case. That was good service!
Second pair the Taos I just received, has a transport damage to . Box was damaged too on transport
Wrote Corissa a mail, no answer yet.
Hope that the guys at Seen take more care of packing

@Kasi I respectfully disagree with this statement. This also popped up just a couple of weeks ago in another thread and I am going to explain my rationale.
If your experiences were good with a vendor and you share it on the forum, then that vendor benefits from that praise. I think all of us would agree that is a good situation for most retailers.
Now the flip side…If you have a bad experience and share it on a forum that the vendor does not participate on, it unfairly biases people against a vendor.
It is unfair to post negative comments about a vendor when all of the details are unknown, the poster's own personal biases either for or against that seller, and situations out of the vendors control.
For example: I have made purchases in the past where the item was packed very well. When received it looked like it had been involved in a rugby match. Is that the vendor's fault or the shipping agency?
Negative experiences should be handled one on one with the retailer either in person, by email, or by phone. This is a personal transaction between two people and should be handled as such.
Now if you feel that the vendor is taking advantage of the community, then by all means post all correspondence between yourself and that vendor as evidence and let us decide if we want to support them. It would also be fair to them to let them know that you are going to post this on the forum so they can make the decision to defend themselves if need be.
Long winded, but my $.02.
