Like the picture with the sign as it looks like you used selective color as everything, other than the sign, in the picture, appears B&W. When I’m shooting landscapes, sunrises etc.,I try to find something interesting to sort of anchor the image. The sign has that effect.

      Thanks, @Jett129

Totally agree with you on the anchor, I’ll try to encorporate that more. 👍🏼

I can only second you: Where is spring?

Two weeks ago in the Tramuntana mountains, spring felt so near 🏔

                        Did you do the GR221?
Did it some years ago with friends and liked it very much.

@endo No, but I can imagine it being a great experience! One day… 😃

We had our „base“ in Port de Soller and went for daily hikes in the surrounding areas,
                          which worked great!!
I think we did a small portion of the GR221 on one day.

I've been off line for a couple of days. Missed the return of Gleuben and the FW presentation (already caught up on this, sadly without the red hoodie guy, but great stuff upcoming)

Hiked the 'Zugspitze' with my (now 12-year old) son for the second time. That little fellow is amazing. Yesterday we did 900m up and 1200 down, more than 16 km!

It’s a long long hike. We started around 5am back then and arrived around 11 on the top. I was breaking in a pair of mountaineering boots for a tour up to Grossvenediger the week after and had terrible blisters… but a great hike, I’m sure you enjoyed it.
