I hear you man! I have a bunch of pairs in rotation as well, which makes it hard to achieve good fades on any of them quickly. However, in the winter months I wear mostly these, which has been paying off.

It's nice to have differences in seasonal temps and humidity. That way, its XHS in winter and 21oz & lighter in summer. It's 3 winter jeans and 2 summer jeans for me. Woo!

I also really like the way these are developing. It's definitely a lot of fun to experience the dramatic fading potential of this denim. And there's still lots of life left in these jeans. I don't think I'm even halfway yet!

After going back and forth between the 555 and 777 finally decided on these with a slight size down and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Josh and iron heart crew! Obviously my pup isn’t as stoked as I am

Congratulations on that great score. I have been more or less like this, going back and forth between 555 and 777 and ended up with the 666, which seems to be the fit that I like.

. Haha! I did a similar thing, except I bought a pair of the 666,777, and 555. Yes, a ton of money, but I fell in love and couldn't decide.

. I am waiting for the "indigo invitational" to try the 555, but I would agree the 666, then the 777 for me. 777, for me, feels like I am about to show my butt crack at any given moment and shirts are harder to stay tucked in. I have, strangely, had the most compliments on the 777 though.

Is this new 555 that you purchases is for the Indigo Invitational? My 666 XHSiB that arrives tomorrow is actually the pair that I plan to use for the Y3 Indigo Invitational that starts in April this year.

Not necessarily specific to this model, but since it's an active thread I thought I'd ask here. I've had these before and sold them off for a few reasons,( saggy butt and didn't get them hemmed so maybe too bulky at the hem for my liking). I have two pair of 777 now and the one complaint I have is with my phone in the front pocket, where I like to carry it, puts it directly on my hip crease making it impossible to take big steps(think hiking, moving on rocks, as well as sitting)
Now as I over think things, maybe the 777 fit isn't for me if that is happening? I can't remember for the life of me if I had this issue with the 555. Anyone else have this issue with this fit or others? -

Yep, and I think front pocket phone fades are straight up ugly IMO
