How did most of you guys size these? Did you size down one from your usual IH work/western size? Anybody size down two sizes? I feel that I would definitely size down one from my usual XL and get a L in these…but I almost feel I could squeeze into a Medium with the longest length measurement.
I skimmed through the thread and didn't see any info on this...curious to hear anyone's thoughts.

@manufc10 I did indeed size down to XL, coming from XXL western (trim, fitted, but can wear them over a tee or long sleeve).
It probably comes down to how you want to wear these. For me, sizing down was important to avoid the boxy look and get a snug fit around the shoulders / chest. I compensate for the slightly shorter body with a high rise jeans (888). The combo looks perfect!
If I were to look for a tee fitting my low rise jeans though (Oni 622), I would either go true (Western) size or even size up, so the length won’t be a problem. Does this make sense?
Go by the measures think about how you’d like to wear them, and not much can go wrong :-).

Actually, I sized up to large in these, and think they’re perfect. Medium might’ve been a little slim in the opening, and I need all the length I can get.

@neph93 Hey there my IH friend…I just bought this shirt in Olive...digging it so far. I was wondering if you noticed any stretching in your tees at all? I guess most things loosen up with a bit of wear, but was kinda wondering about stretch...much thanks in advance. Hope you are well!

Not much mate. Certainly not like the waffles. Just standard cotton tee stretch, after a day or two with wear, then they snap back into shape with a wash.

@Giles hi Giles, hope you, Paula and family have had a better 2022 so far. You pop into my thoughts regularly. Any idea when there might be a restock of black longer body tees?
Sorry if I missed anything that might have covered problems with shipping from Japan at the moment. I buy a fair few cds from there and everything is shipping sea freight.

Is the neck hole on these shirts supposed to be really tight? Like almost obnoxiously tight?

That sounds like The Flat Head's tees. They're great if you can get your noggin through the neck hole. I like a neck hole that doesn't get distorted, but also like my ears where they are.
