@Fadez these look like slow faders, right. The signs of wear from your endeavors are easily apparent on the inside, but the outside looks crazy stubborn.
The hand feel is light weight but textured like nothing I’ve had from IH before. It’s like Braille. They’re truly awesome and I can’t wait to get started. Giving them a hot wash to see if I can get the waste down from 35”. There’s definitely a lot of give from what I can tell.

Oh yes! I’m glad they made it there quickly! Yes. The waist does have a ton of stretch in it. The texture is amazing. I’m so glad you’re enjoying it. If you find yourself rubbing your thighs randomly, it’s the slub life. Looking forward to all the adventures to come!
As for the fading. I guess slow and steady. But like you said, it’s like the inside of the jeans show more than the outside. I’m not sure what to make of it. But I’m sure they will age beautifully!

They’re 777 and a size too big for me. I could wear a 32 based on these but since they’re samples that means little for what the size chart will say. They fit similarly to my SBG Vater & Sohn size 33’s. Those were not sized well from what I read which is why the current iteration of SBG 777’s were adjusted. They fit well enough with a belt.
I’ll say this. Free pants be damned, I love the feel of them so much I’m going to buy my own pair in my size when they come out. We’ll find something fun to do with this pair after I’ve shown them the sights.

I can’t say enough good things about these. I’ve worn 17 organic natural indigo, 18, 18 od, 18 double indigo, 21, 21/23, 25, 21 SBG, 17 duck, 16.5 double indigo selvedge duck, and whipcord and these are like nothing else in the line up. A must have for everyone.
Whatever the crew ordered won’t be enough.
