To a great extent, our ultra heavy flannel (UHF) shirts define  Iron Heart: heavy, rugged, but amazingly wearable. This work shirt is an exclusive purple 'classic check' 12oz fabric,  woven with Aspero cotton from the foothills of the Andes mountains. We double brush it on the inside and single brush it on the outside,  resulting in a very soft yet substantial, thick, warm and windproof flannel.

I don't know why I'm having so much trouble deciding between work and western in this fabric. I guess I'll just make up my mind when we have pictures of the western. I exclusively own westerns in UHFs, but the IHSH-277-IND has kind of changed my perspective on always western / never work for shirting in check or flannel fabrics. At this point, I have so many IH shirts that this will be the only shirt I grab this season. At least there really isn't a wrong choice to make.
