I'm waiting on the 888 cut but since it's the same fabric…since these have been overdyed twice, does that mean that they shouldn't shrink with a wash?

@Paul9221 We have not officially done a shrink test but I would suspect your assumption is correct. These won't shrink and you'll probs get 1" or so stretch in the waist as usual

No one knows and if they do they aren’t telling. It is overdyed twice so will be mo’ black. The regular OD had a lovely three dimensions fading pattern, so an extra layer of black may make that (even) more interesting.

So that isn’t a theory but a hypothesis. Now we need to put it to the test.

Don’t I know it… although the IH-555-XHSbb are also speaking to me. The measurements on those look doable for me.

Here are a couple of pics of the MBMF's (thanks @RoxRocks86 ) and the "normal" overdyed.  Won't tell you how they will fade, but gives you a comparison out-of-the-box…

Any thoughts on a 555 fit? Also I know it's top secret but will these fade or merely wear out (are they sulfur dyed?).

What we made in which fabric/due combo this fall was dictated by retailer demand.  The MBMF's were not particularly popular with retailers, we had to scale back, the 555 in MB was one of the casualties. It may happen in the future, but it completely depends on how the MBMF as a whole sells this Winter/Spring…
