Our classic straight cut jean in 18oz indigo selvedge denim, woven for us in the renowned Shinya mill which is famed for authentically vintage style denims, whilst the jeans are constructed to Iron Heart's high technical standards. Mixing traditional methods and new techniques is Iron Heart's "vintage style".

'Denim has to be woven slow and low tension by old shuttle loom.
And it has to be the thickest made by this way.
I don't prefer exaggerated face with just using thick yarn. It should be normal, natural face too.
Sanforized is also very important so that we can solve the problem of sizing and consistency. Pure vintage was not my priority.And the sewing should be tough like regular IH heavy oz denim, using core span and thick thread. Again, if we stick to vintage, we would use cotton thread. But we don't do that.'

@Giles I think I know you probably can't answer this question considering it's a brand new fabric that has just come in but I will ask anyways, how much stretch do you anticipate on these?

Given the loose weave, I imagine there could be quite some stretch on these…
