Anyone sizing down on this one? I usually take XL but since it doesn’t taper much in the body, I’m thinking Large might be the move

Had to wear my 189 today to join the chatter around its restocking. Glorious shirt…the plusses @jordanscollected makes are accurate and visualize some of its subtle highlights 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

I know it doesn’t llok cool enough to merit an overshirt but by 7 pm it feels quite cool on the bike.

        The journey is the objective.

Depends how you want to wear it.

It’s a pretty standard work shirt cut, but the dims are a touch larger than normal. The way I figure it, size down for how you normally wear a work shirt, but go tts for layering. It is a CPO and is intended to be worn over layers (but doesn’t have to be).

I’m in California where it rarely gets cold.  The most layering I do is a T shirt underneath.  For the really cold days I have some lined jackets that I pull out.

One of the things I’m most excited about are the measurements on this one. Looking forward to having a work shirt where I can keep the bottom button done up if I want. Skinny openings are the downfall of many a shirt for my girlish figure. I will wear this over a tee for a shirt with pockets, if all goes according to plan.

Love how many of the OG squad showed up for this one.

Thinking how this could be used practically for me as a jacket or if I should stick more toward a shirt.
Anyone considered waxing this for rain? Obviously the open top pockets aren't ideal for that.

Will work great over a vest or hoodie. That is how I’m planning on wearing mine. Duck takes waxing well.

I left my untucked in a restaurant in Long Beach a few days before the world locked down in 2020. They had it, said they would ship it to me, but never delivered and didn't reopen until months later at which point the shirt was lost.  This was a favorite, and I'm so pumped it came back into production! Looking forward to having duck on my shoulders again…

                                    Hi all!

This shirt is sooo nice. I have a general random question for anyone skilled with alterations or tailors. I’m often on camera for work and can’t have ‘branding’ or logos on my clothing.

I know that most (all?) IH shirts have the name on the chest pocket. Could this be removed with a seam ripper and/or by a tailor? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

The pocket stitching on the label is part of the stitching that holds the hem. I would have a sewing professional do it, so they can reconstruct the stitching correctly.

Either that or use a sharpie to colour over the letters [emoji38]

Thanks all for the suggestions! It pains me to take a sharpie to this thing, so I’ll take it to a skilled tailor. If they say it’s too risky/difficult, then I can just throw black electrical tape on it when filming and just take that off when not. I’d hate to permanently ruin the shirt.  😞
