I've long suspected myself to be on the Autistic Spectrum but have opted against going down the route of diagnosis for personal reasons. The above makes perfect sense to me. I've previously spoken about it with a friend who has been diagnosed, and although she finds comfort in more light and breezy garments, completely understands why I find the opposite to be therapeutic.

I'm running late for something so I need to get on the way. But there's something else too. Why I like the colors of IH so much. Blues have a healing and calming effect.

I think all of us have are own personal idiosyncrasies. It doesn't need to be defined by any kind of diagnosis. I think the only difference is the ones not diagnosed with anything are either able to deal with it without support or aren't vocal about what's up with them and they are suffering in silence.

Dang! She's got those sick burns down already! My six year old has been throwing out some zingers lately, some of which have straight dropped me to the floor laughing. Can't imagine what level he'll be on by age 11.

We were sparred, but our friends to the South need any assistance anyone can handle.
Two of my team members had grandparents in Naples - thankfully they were safe, but it was a tough few hours not knowing thanks to cell towers being destroyed.

The 8 yr old could be heard from the other side of the house in a dry speaking voice saying “Sick burn Imogene.”
