I see what you mean about the tail now. Not as dramatic as I'd pictured. I presume, as a non-biker- the idea is that will reach the saddle when riding and insulate your lower-back?

Yep measured at party. Thank you for the introduction! Was great to meet them in person. They are so nice. Figuring out the specs has been fun and they have given great advice. Went for the large polished brass 2 way zipper and the blackwatch cotton tartan lining.

Just got an email to say they have finished making my jacket. That's one week in production and constructued by Steve at Simmons Bilt, who also measured me at the IH Anniversary party. Pretty pleased and excited to receive it.
