Just curious,Does/will your wife watch Football? My wife absolutely loves football and is quite knowledgeable,and we really have a lot of fun watching together. Looking forward to that quality time!

Honestly (and I know you jest), the first couple where they were filming walkthroughs and just won on Vinatieri's foot would have been very different games without that cheating–I think the walkthrough filming easily accounts for a TD+PAT advantage if not greater.

Brees should have advanced past the Rams (NFL absolutely rigged the easiest PI call in history cos the league wanted the Rams in--before they were ready, I might add) and I think the Saints would have won.

First two are asterisks, third a hunch. Still one of the greats, but a very lucky one of the greats who cheated.

I used to be a really,really big fan of Pro Wrestling,and some times I think the NFL refs are guys who couldn’t get jobs in Pro Wrestling. If there was ever any doubt in my mind the invisible Saints PI call sealed it. I don’t know how people bet on this game.

My wife is not as gung ho as I but she likes to watch our games.  It’s hard to get her to watch the other games.  I too love pre season but I’m glad it moved from 4 to 3.  That fourth game was usually garbage.

Sometimes I think that the Garbage fourth pre-season game now translates to a Garbage First regular season game.Just my opinion. They could have 10 preseason games and the Jets/Giants would still suck!

Booo!  It’s an annual ritual for me.  I get excited about the first preseason game.  I force myself to watch the rest.  Then I get excited all over again for the real season opener.

Nice shirt @Matt I realized last night that I don't have any Ravens t-shirts. Kind of surprised myself…I wanted to wear my new Jackson jersey today but it is still awfully hot in MD. Come to think of it, it stays too warm for a jersey for the first few games...I'm going to see if I can find a nice one.
