Went for a drive to collect a second hand bike from near Oxford. Saw some cars parked in a muddy lay-by on the side of the road on the way home. Turns out it’s a nature reserve. impromptu hike with Mrs H and the dog turns out to be a good way to break in brand new 888S-SLBs.

We have not seen my father for 4 years. He lives in South Africa and we don't, so we typically meet up with him in Paros, Greece, which is where we are at the moment.  Today, we walked the Byzantine Way….

Another day, another hike.  This time vaguely along the coast from our beach (Molos) to Piso Livadi….

Note to self, If we do another extension do not use Paros brickies for the block-work….

This place intrigued me a lot.  I could not work it out until I realised that it is not a new build, but an older building going through quite a radical remodel, windows being moved/closed up, new openings being made, wall heights increasing etc etc…

I admire the ambition, what a position….

Wow! Really like Paros, been there a bunch of times  Piso Livadi is such a calm and nice place.
If you haven't been to Antiparos check it out. Even better in my opinion…

Went to Anti Paros a couple of times in the 70's - yes the 70's, all there was there then was a nudist beach :D…....Saw it from up the top of the mountain in Paros yesterday, probably don't want to go back
