First cut (555), is due in October. The others will come in the course of November and December. These are IHUK estimates though and we know how that works.

We had an earthquake this morning.

It was a magnitude 6, with the epicentre in Mansfield, about 60 km or 40 miles south of where we are. At first I thought that it was a possum running around on the roof, then the ground beneath house started shaking.

No damage done, fortunately.

I don't know if I was spared the worst of it. Melbourne, which had the damaged buildings, was 100 km further away from the epicentre than I was!

But no damage done, and I don't think that there were any serious injuries. Looks like lockdown saved a few people.
