As a general point on the IHB-01 and 02.  They are designed to be easy to shorten for anyone with a modicum of DIY skills.  Always buy on the large size, it can always be made smaller - a little difiicult to make a short one longer….......

That's why I'm going for the large, I think it will be perfect but if it's a bit long I know how to shorten it. I've done
it before, pretty easy.

hey, how do you unscrew this kind of belts to change the buckle? I cant kepp steady the screws

Wrap some sticky tape round your thumb, sticky side out.  Press down on the head of the screw with thumb.  That stops it rotating….G

Can anyone tell me how the buckle on the IHB-02 will evolve? I have a few imperfections already and would just like to know how it will turn out in time. Thanks!

Nickel has a habit to turn in to yellowish hue. Probably in very long term you might wear the nickel so that brass will come visible.

But all the wear and tear depends on you.

I've worn the IHB-02 almost every day for more than 1.5 years.  No noticeable change in the hardware.

from the pic it looks a little dried out may start to crack. put some bee's wax on that thing. looks good!
