I’m very sorry to hear about Firefly @jordanscollected . When you posted the previous pic of her I thought she looked a bit downcast and almost asked you about her. Glad to know she enjoyed your care and attention over her last years.

Thanks to everyone who reached out with well wishes.
She was really taking a downturn the last couple weeks, and the right decision was for us to take on the pain, and give her relief from hers.

@jordanscollected Sorry to hear about Firefly. It's never easy, but I'm sure the right decision was made. Did you get a braid of hair to remember her?

Yes we trimmed some of her mane and tail to keep.
Allie had some of Nightshade's made into a necklace and I'll bet we do the same for Firefly. One thing people may not know is that each individual horse has a distinct smell different from all others. Firefly's was very particular and it's one thing I'll miss the most about her.
