How does the weave of the 18oz compare to the 21oz?

I adore the way my 21oz 777s feel. Considering expanding the collection to include a 666 cut and some vintage denim, especially if my office ends up letting us wear denim every day.

The 18oz vintage feels like a tighter weave to me than the 21oz.
