@Giles Good man!!  Apache are one of my favourite peppers.  I just transplanted my seedlings this morning to bigger pots.  Some Apache, reapers, and 7 pot.

Can’t wait till I can start harvesting again!

I’m excited to hear how the San Marzano’s get on…. Carolina Reaper’s are very, very tasty indeed, but go easy of course.

Two years ago I made apple jelly and added some Carolina Reapers in it for heat.  It was fantastic (original idea came from a homemade jelly purchased at a craft show using jalapeños).

I use them in relishes, different sauces, and pickle them along with different peppers.

Some shots from Adam’s yesterday….
The road leading up to the launch is unplowed and in the morning the snow was nice and firm so we decided to cruise up in our trucks. But by the time we got close to our destination the snow was softening up and both rigs ended up getting stuck. So we called my mom and had her drop chains at the bottom of the road while we went out and played for a few hours. We got back to the chains around 5pm and started digging. We didn’t leave the mountain until midnight and didn’t hit the pillow until 1:30am! It was a long day....

Went to the lake shore up in the north of Berlin, beautiful early spring atmo, a small vacation within the city with only a little commute and no travel.

I work an anything that has heat transfer tubes. Sometimes I clean them, sometimes I test them with eddy current, and sometimes I tear them out and put new ones in.

These are ones used to cool hydrogen on the turbine. The lids are off so I can work on them. The tube bundles run vertically down to the floor below and water circulates through the tubes cooling this part of the component.
