Random Rants

@Clint_D yeah I know. I could have bought some when they were under $300 a pop. I bought many Dogecoin yesterday. I sold a bunch but I still have 5 thousand of them (worth about 8 cents each). I am gonna hang on to them in case they ever become accepted as currency and they create a market cap on them. Since their value would dramatically increase.

Wish I would've listened to the people telling me to buy Bitcoin years ago…
My youngest brother mined some years ago when he was living in a student house with a shared electricity bill; and it was still possible with modest hardware and time…
He's done very well out of it.

Coming soon Iron Heart x Walmart
WTF next?
I'm still waiting for IH to make kid's sizing. We buy our 5 year old the H&M conscious range denim (I consider it a gateway drug :D). Unfortunately he has inherited his Dad's propensity for obsessiveness, eye for detail, and expensive tastes. Stupidity has thankfully skipped a generation.
-
When will another species intervene in our own stupidity? A 'smart shotgun'. Those two words don't belong in the same sentence. Apparently it's 'aimed' at Generation Z. Way to go.
-
No Problem @Stuart.T . When they're ready for smart shotties they'll be too sick to get off the couch.
I snapped these in the local super. I mean, WTF.
There's a selling point for you."Like a donut but better." ::) -
I find it hard to believe any pastry is better than a donut, but I'm always willing to try.
-
I LOVE Toaster Strudel. And the ones with the bacon and eggs in them. I think the cutesy ones are intended for children though.
-
I'd be offended, but I know you're right.

@steelworker 'officer, I meant to remotely turn off my apartment' s lights, but seems to have accidentally sprayed my neighbour with buckshot… I think the app has a glitch'.
As for that 'food', my wife and I often wonder how the majority of Americans are still alive. The UK has some pretty poor dietary choices available too, but everything about those looks like a heart attack waiting to happen.
I like how they suggest they are 'great as a snack'! Apposed to what? Your main meal of the day?

General Mills is my business' largest customer, and their corporate office and R&D facility is about 8 miles north of my office. Interesting fact is that they own Pillsbury frozen and refrigerated, but they don't own Pillsbury dry flour. General mills owns Gold medal flour instead, as it would have been considered a monopoly for them to own the dry Pillsbury flour when that transaction occurred.
For reference @Filthy our business sells the potatoes to GMI that go into the Toaster Scrambles, and we help innovate on future flavor profiles with their R&D team.
The original founders of Pillsbury had a giant mansion on Lake Minnetonka (yes, the famous lake from Purple Rain), which was recently torn down due to upkeep costs or no buyers. here's a little info that no one asked for.

Hey, that's pretty cool. I love those things. I could eat an entire box of them in a sitting.
-
I pissed my favorite boots up today. :c I hope I can wash the sawdust out of the pacs or buy a pair of those fancy Schnees @jordanscollected turned us on to.

"Schnee"zus Martha I didn't realize I had turned folks on.
My opinion after a month or so of wear is that I will adore these for decades. They are very comfortable and have a great mix of hefty and soft (both the leather and rubber). They don't keep my feet at a perfect temp when I'm riding, but without moving your toes and feet, it's something that every rider struggles with.
@Filthy you need a costco size pack of lint rollers and about 90 minutes of work to get that sawdust out. Next time i suggest these to keep the dust out. https://www.backcountry.com/outdoor-research-rocky-mountain-high-gaiter-packcloth?CMP_SKU=ODR1096&MER=0406&skid=ODR1096-BK-S&mr:trackingCode=3EC94734-9D7B-E211-A87C-001B21A69EB8&mr:referralID=NA&mr:device=c&mr:adType=plaonline&iv_=iv_p_1_g_38384553987_c_154680274276_w_pla-1133356897192_n_g_d_c_v__l__t__r__x_pla_y_7811_f_online_o_ODR1096-BK-S_z_US_i_en_j_1133356897192_s__e__h_9019692_ii__vi&CMP_ID=PLA_GOc001&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=PLA&k_clickid=_k_Cj0KCQiAvvKBBhCXARIsACTePW8aZj2JTRtqgfTeVGd6iD9XO6x1ApjqZaWSQ-wvB2VPLxdZaUfXMkaAhBLEALw_wcB_k&utm_id=go_cmp-690293682_adg-38384553987_ad-154680274276_pla-1133356897192_dev-c_ext-_prd-ODR1096-BK-S&gclid=Cj0KCQiAvvKBBhCXARIsACTePW8aZj2JTRtqgfTeVGd6iD9XO6x1ApjqZaWSQ-_wvB2VPLxdZaUfXMkaAhBLEALw_wcB

Yeah I was actually thinking my shop vac and lint rollers earlier. I am a cat fancier after all.
Yeah I was definitely mildly aroused by your pics of the Schnees or 'turned on'. They are awesome

So I was taking a hike after a really bad few days. Took a moment to go up the mountain once I got back to Santa Fe this morning. It was a beautiful day and so peaceful. Then when I get back to the lot, this is what’s waiting.
I just lost a GR1, untold IH, an IPhone I just bought my mother, a MacBook Pro, my spare hard drive, iPad, iPod, chargers, headphones, my social security card, my birth certificate, all my mothers social security paperwork, her social security number, her disability payment info, all my significant info…

And I thought it was a bad day when a rock jumped up and cracked my windshield this morning while I was driving through the desert on cruise control thinking nice thoughts. I thought I was already at the bottom, guess not. I don’t even know where to begin to get things back together. A catastrophic core breach seems imminent. Wish me luck, cause obviously I have none
