Those dishes are amazing. I feel like a caveman. Cooking over the fire tonight.
-
Idk, that chicken looks pretty great
-
Thanks @Filthy Hard to mess up chicken over a fire.
-
I didn't have a set up as elaborate as that but I tried cooking my 2nd ex-wife bacon and eggs on a KOA wood stove and it was a total disaster
-
I'm sure that is exactly what she would say if you asked her about me
I'm not getting any younger so I wonder if there will ever be a 3rd lucky ex-misses lucky filthy?

80% Biga with 80% white flour and 20% dark rye.
I used the Padmore "I-can't-be-arsed-to-bake-tonight" method. For this method, at the end of the bulk ferment, you say "fuck-it", shrug your shoulders and put the dough outside in the cold. You then you carry on from where you left off the following morning when you can be arsed…

Holy smokes.
Gimme a pound of salted butter and I could eat that entire loaf.

This Video besides beeing hilarious from start to finish, as every other Video of Uncle Rodger, points out one fact that is especially funny to me, when Jamie grabs a Glas Jar out of the Drawer Uncle Rodgers without seeing what it is states that it can´t be a good asian product because they never come well packed and as far is I know from my Local Shops he is so right, everything form something like Chilli Flakes to really expensive Spices comes in Plastic Bags even Vinegar, Sauces and Sake often Times comes in Plastic Bottles, it seems to be an asian thing

Today I had a bit of an Asia Day, I first Made some Chilli Oil after Joshua Weissmans Recipe
I of course didnt have all the Spices so i had to make a quick run to the Store to get anything. The 2h cooking time at a certain Temp was quite a mission on the shitty ikea stove that already was installed in my flat
The final result tastes amazing and has the classic crazy orange tone to it.
Part 2 was another Joshua Weissmann Recipe, General Tsos Chicken (a Classic Chinese American Dish, at least i read that)
Quite some Ingridents needed
First you have to mariante the chicken, then fry and toss in the cooked glaze, the end result is insane.
