Thank you @chubacca.  From what I see this particular fabric lends itself to lots of honeycomb and fade possibilities that are just stellar.  I'm aiming for a Type III that isn't just another like all the many many I have had since my first (somewheres around 1969, when I was 12.  I'm pretty sure my brother had one from about 1963, a year after its introduction as I recall.)

This jacket is ultra heavy duty and the fit is perfect for me. I would definitely recommend it. @chubacca described it perfectly but neglected to mention that your hands will be blue and tired for a while until it breaks in.

Usps dropped this off today, along with 8301S SBG. I was initially a little worried the sleeves would be a bit long but I think once the combs set in I’ll be golden. I can’t get over how soft it is for 19oz.

Great fit @Penny_pants . You’re right about the combs. I have this denim in the 666 cut and soft as it is now, it just gets better with wear and washing.

ORRRRRR Actuall the PERFECT fit for me would be the size small but with 26.5" sleeves, but that might be wishful thinking…

@matwllms If your in the US you could shoot Self Edge am email and see if any other the sleeves came out a bit long. Looks like they’ve got 2 smalls.

I just did my first ever hot wash last night and can confirm there was a little extra shrink in the sleeve and length that didn't come out from my initial hot soak.

No, I am afraid not.  We ran out of the denim and it is taking an age to rerun…

It's looking like March/April for all the 19oz reruns.
