Yesterday. Coconut tasted a bit artificial but won't complain otherwise  😛

Of all the brews I brought, this was the one that depressed me a bit. Back in February, I had tried a UA/Crooked Stave collab. It was a Coconut Cream Pie Blonde Stout that I found to be fantastic. @neph93 commented he would love to try it, and that's what gave me the idea to bring beer. Unfortunately, by the time I got back to the store, it had sold out. This one was the closest replacement. It's not bad, at all. But, that Blonde Stout had it beat, by quite a bit.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Just curious,is there a difference between being aged on and in Brandy barrels. If so ,do you know what it is? I know when they say beer is,for example, aged on coffee, it means that the coffee is put into a big cheesecloth type of tea bag and put into the coffee for a few hours at the end of the process. Thanks.

I suspect it is more a pretentious turn of phrase that means the same thing.

Now it's set that it'll start cooling once it goes over 13C°, and stops cooling once it's gone under 11... There are also settings for alarms to go off at certain temps so gotta make sure I enter safe numbers there...

I paid 16.99 for 4. I've heard they can be steaply priced in some areas of their distro. Here in their home state, it's on par with similar beers

The regular Dragon's Milk, is an 11% Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout. That's typically around $12.99 a 4 here. If you can find the variants under $20 it's usually worth a gamble
