Here’s the lower ABV stout I advertised earlier.  6% milk stout with cocoa and coffee. Almost perfect imho, just a touch too much coffee.

Had this last night. Phenomenal. Whisky first with a thin but tasty base. Pleased I bought another to cellar so I can see if the flavours meld. @Jett129 you would enjoy this I think.

When I saw it was Nøgne x Pohjala, a quad, and whisky BA’ed I figured it couldn’t be as good as it sounded. It was. And I’m very pleased I picked up an extra bottle. Be interesting to see how long I can hold off drinking it.

You should try 3-5 years… I know from experience that it's a lot harder than it sounds though 

However I do have some "older" bottles I've managed to keep me mitts off... This should be good, for instance...

Spent the day at Jester King yesterday, tasty as always.
2019 Montmorency vs Balaton farmhouse ale fermented with cherries.

2019 Detritivore, farmhouse ale with spent cherries.

2018 SPON with muscat grapes.

Came home and picked up a four pack of Offshoot Relax Hazy IPA. Pretty simple and tasty.
