@Megatron1505 miss your presence my good man

Excited to finally have IH in my hometown. Salt Lake is growing up.
Congrats! Though it's kinda sad (for me) that Texas has three of America's ten largest cities and has no IH retailers, but Salt Lake City has one, even though the entire state of Utah has fewer people than the Houston metropolitan area.

My thoughts exactly ^^^^.
I live in the 5th largest city in the whole damn US of A and no IH to be found in any brick and mortar. Actually…I kind of like it that way to a certain degree. Maintains the exclusiveness of the brand on a local level....and I like that.

I was just thinking about how funny that is today. Daydreaming about using all my dark years of retail experience to open up a cool shop to further enhance my nerdiness and obsession and pass it on to others. Some of my friends always call me a bad influence because I encourage them to get nice gear. Deep down they like it. I'm the devil on their shoulder.

If a retail outlet approaches us and we think they are a good fit and we don't feel that it will negatively affect an existing retailer, we will supply them. We went to Liberty Fairs in NYC with the express intention of signing up retailers, if anybody had turned up from Texas or Arizona, we would have had a serious discussion.
The retailers we did speak to all said they had people coming into their store asking for Iron Heart. If that is happening in Texas and Arizona, then those retailers can't put 2 and 2 together.

No IH stockists in Minnesota either. But, I also think IH has to fit with a store's image and who their demographic is. I'm sure IH could work with 1 or 2 of the shops here but then again it may not. I personally like that IH is more accessible in the US. There are a handful of stockists who, for the most part, carry similar IH items but some who carry items that can't be found at the other stores.

Yeah like I said…I'm actually pretty good with it on second thought. The reality is I can't think of a single shop here in Phoenix that would fit with the IH aesthetic and the reality also is that if there were a shop that did fit the image the chances are it would be located in an area of the city that's at least a 40 minute drive for me. Not that I wouldn't ever make the drive to check it out but I would still probably make the vast majority of my IH purchases on line.
Now...what would REALLY be useful to me would a local shop that carried GoodArt gear. .....

I was creeping on the website looking at the 888-XHSib count (because I want to buy a back up pair) and I saw this. It made my blood run cold because I thought maybe the shirts were already on sale.
Just a preview. :o

I've started taking very bizarre pictures of decaying metal in the power plants I am working in and posting them on Instagram if you would like to see them. https://www.instagram.com/cat.von.pee/
I am particularly interested in some good fade pic accounts, or maybe other non-cat pics, and clothing pics accounts of you have any suggestions.

Haha! The funniest part is that they are more bummed out the croc got the fish than they are relieved they got away.

@Giles or @Alex the stockists North America page doesn't list Mexico, just in case Self Edge's Cabo location stocks Iron Heart.

@organisys finally made it home and got my hat. Actually I got 3 new hats. The hat the woman made me is super awesome.
She incorporated the selvedge into the inside of the hat too.
If anyone wants one I will donate the rest of my 555-03 21 SBG jeans to make one. Send me a PM. The hat was $70 shipped. But it will cost you an extra $8 for me to mail her the jeans again…
-
The other hat I got is from One Piece of Rock. It's really nice but also massive. I am hoping it will shrink down to the advertised size, 60-61 cm.
Oh forgot to post what the rest of the jeans looks like in the last post…
-
@Filthy That black denim hat is SICK. As someone with a big head it's always nice to see hats that aren't too shallow.
-
Yeah, I have a big ass head too. The hat size is 7 3/4.
Here's her info if you want send her your own jeans to make into a hat. It seems 21 oz is her limit. So I would talk about it with her first. Because I wanted an XHS hat too. But I don't think it would work.

Thanks, I might have some denim laying around that would be worth sacrificing. A Good Art rosette boutonniere would be perfect on the top of yours!
