The beer was good mate. A friend bought a couple round at the weekend. Still got one left if you want to try it? Matty, sure I will send it to you.

@neph93 getting cold, but I have room to layer underneath it so we'll be fine.

My weekdays start with a chilly bike ride down to the seafront where my gym is. As some of you may know if you follow me on IG my bike recently got stolen outside the gym, so I have just upgraded both my wheels and my locks.
Better picture of the bike to come when there is some light.

Tour jacket hiding under the layers there somewhere.

For those of you who still have hair, which rules out most of our older members (time served rather than actual age!) we are going to start stocking Wolfman hair products. He runs one of the best barber shops in the world based in Shibuya. I will dig out the article about them and some backstory later on…

My view for breakfast every morning:

It's usually a pretty straight forward journey (about 90 seconds), but this morning this bunkering vessel needed to refuel the hulk moorings, where to Wightlink ferries that go from Portsmouth to the Isle of Wight refuel, so we went on a slightly scenic route and I grabbed a couple of pics of the harbour for those who have not made it down here yet.

            The offending vessel:

            Hulk Moorings

            HMS Warrior

Bonus pic for @Chap of Burg al Pompey  😛

Where my old office used to be before Ben Ainslie Racing decided they quite liked the land and kicked us all out to build this warehouse from which they have built their recent Americas Cup challenge.

The land on the horizon through the mouth of the harbour is the Isle of Wight

And finally, I managed to get a fit pic wearing other normal clothes too! Not the best light, sorry. I did it on self timer before the rest of the guys turned up this morning.

Many thanks - but I don't fancy IPAs during colder weather…

As promised, a better picture of the replacement bike. A Whyte Dorset, which is a little better equipped to year round cycling in the UK than the old Bianchi

I think all of you know what I do at work! The tour jacket is being pretty sedentary this week, with a lot of strategy planning about next year, and a small lull in new products. This is my view for most of the day:

For those of you with an eagle eye, there is a little spoiler somewhere in this photo (hint - it's not the J100) for something next year, though I will not be confirming or denying anything on it currently  😃
Also, for the avoidance of doubt, I am not an SS supporter, I am trying to explain to the Obbi Good Label boys where their choice of lightning bolt design is not the most sensible for the western market  ::)

And a little arm crease action to tide you over.

I will ask @Sam to take studio pics of the progress this afternoon…

Friday night I had a party at my flat, so yesterday was spent entirely on the sofa recovering. I needed some fresh air today, so went for a walk around the sea front this afternoon.

Portsmouths answer to Brighton pier, Clarence pier which bizarrely is not actually a pier.. It used to be home to a very very shit London eye replica, but it was recently decommissioned (read: someone pointed out how dangerous it was to have that sort of structure on a beach that gets winds of up to 100mph in a storm)

A view over the Solent, in the background you can see two of the forts in the solent which are part of the Palmerston Forts. One of them is now a luxury hotel and another (out of shot) is a slightly less luxury hotel.

Portsmouth is home to the last passenger carrying hovercraft in the world:

Interesting that this wasn't brought up in the planning and/or construction.  It seems like a relevant piece of information.
