So I have a horrible case of Vertigo. Dizziness, vomiting, ear pressure/ pain. I’ve calledmy doctor. Anyone here have any experience with this?

Could be an inner ear infection? It sucks but at least it’s an identifiable cause and straightforward treatment.

^that would be my guess too. Inner ear is all about balance so that would explain the vertigo.

I had some dizziness, vertigo, ear pain and sinus pressure during the MS flare that led to my diagnosis.  It's the worst feeling!  I hope it goes away for you soon.

The guy that runs me local hippy store had this in July… Inner ear infection, nowt to worry about...

He, however, kinda panicked as both his parents died of a brain tumor in their early fifties and he's pushing 65... (He's back to work btw, feeling fine...)

@Matty123 Wanted to respond earlier but was running around. I occasionally have vertigo, which is brought on by dehydration, too much alcohol and caffeine. Try limiting those 2 and drink at least 40 ounces of water a day. Did you get the spins at all?

Thanks @Jett129 i drink 1.5-2 gallons of water a day and I don’t drink alcohol often. But I do love me some caffeine. Thanks for the advice. I will cut back on caffeine

Travel Sickness tablets may be your friend. Stop the nausea due to the balance issues.

Start my new job when I get back off holiday. Starting a social work team in a local community that has serious socioeconomic issues, and all those associated with it.

Our assistant director has given us two  objectives 'don't overspend, and don't break the law!. I'm so excited to get the opportunity to do the job I trained to do, walking the streets that need the most help. Feels a bit social work black ops too as we can just make it up as we go along.

The only thing dirty is that a man is going to jail for a completely harmless plant that shouldn't have been contraband in the first place. What a waste.
