Paula is treating me to a weeks diving in Egypt (since the Russian plane blew up and recent cases of  e Coli, it's seriously cheap).  For instance, a full English/America/Continental breakfast at our hotel (Marriot, because Paula is some sort of high falutin member) is USD8…..

Holy feck.  The steward just came to wish me a happy birthday.  We got chatting, after a while, he disappeared and came back with this.  This flight does not have a first-class cabin and this is a first-class cabin champagne, so they can't serve it on this flight.  It is my Bday prezzie from BA and is now in my backpack…..
