Oh lort. Cheat meal: go big or go home. It's hard to beat the salty, crispy, juicy excellence of a Freddy's #1, two pressed patties with crispy outskirts topped with cheese, pickles, mustard, and in our case grilled onions and a little "fry sauce" (something like ketchup, mayo, pickle juice, Lawry's). The middling fries get replaced by the cheese curds, and a chocolate brownie custard concrete provides the final nail in the coffin.

It's been my first attempt doing pulled pork with the new kamado egg and I am really happy how well it worked out. I started the grill Friday evening at 10, adjusted grill temperature to 110°C, added some cherry wood chips and 19 hours later reached a core temperature of 93°C
