IHJ-61 - Whipcord Work Jacket - Khaki & Navy
-
@tangfj that looks great! Perfect fit for that jacket with the XL IMO.
Regarding the tightness while lifting the arms I think it's a combination of the chest measurements and the lining. Also, I've notice the sleeve width feels a bit narrow around the biceps and elbow when bending the arms. Again, nothing that stops me from buying/wearing it but those are just my thoughts.

Thanks guys! Really loving this jacket… definitely the most heavy duty and best constructed "lightweight" jacket I've ever owned.
-
Liked the jacket so much that I bought another one in the khaki color off another member! Question about this jacket about cleaning… can i throw this in the washing machine and hang dry or would you guys think that it should be dry cleaned?

Totally dissatisfied with yesterday's pic on the indigo waffle shirt thread (out of focus) today I tried another route. I'm now using my phone to trigger the camera's shutter. So here is the result.
My whipcord even got a 'nice jacket' comment from my daughter today, and she doesn't hand those out very frequently. It may be the first time she notices something I wear so kudos to IH! That signaled that this beautiful jacket merited a better attempt to photograph it.

It is indeed a nice jacket.

Nailed it this time @motojobobo

This jacket was released before my introduction to IH. It looks absolutely brilliant in both colours.
Is there any chance that it could be a restock at any time? Did it sell well?

@IrishHeart Long extinct... Second hand market is you best bet, they occasionally resurface. That's how I got mine. What size are you looking for?
-
@tody thanks for replying and I suspected that would be the case.
I’ll keep an eye out. I am typically an XL in most IH tops. -
@IrishHeart If you are contemplating buying one second hand, you could always post a WTB ad in the marketplace here on the forum: https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/category/28/want-to-buy

@goosehd great advice and thanks for your help. I should be better at navigating my way round this forum by now!!
